From Bern main station

• Streetcar no. 9 to station “Wankdorf Center” or bus no. 20 to terminus “Wankdorf Bahnhof”, then streetcar no. 9 to station “Wankdorf Center” or about 10 minutes by foot.

• To station “Bern Wankdorf” (S1, S2, S3, S4, S44), then with streetcar no. 9 to station “Wankdorf Center” or about 10 minutes by foot.

Due to the construction work on the BERNEXPO site, we recommend that you travel to the “Wankdorf Center” streetcar stop and not to “Guisanplatz Expo”

There are sufficient parking spaces for bicycles on site. The nearest PubliBike station is located at Guisanplatz Expo (Mingerstrasse 4).

The BERNEXPO site is located a few hundred meters from the Wankdorf freeway intersection. After the freeway exit, follow the signs to “BERNEXPO”/”expo”.

The expo parking lot, for which a fee is charged, is available directly next to the event area. (Bolligenstrasse 61, 3006 Bern, coordinates: 46.95705, 7.46797)

We ask you to use public transport or the bicycle whenever possible. For the sake of the neighborhood and the environment.

Moonliners are available for the journey home from Bern Guisanplatz Expo:

• Bern Guisanplatz Expo → Breitenrain → Bern train station

You can find the exact timetables on moonliner.ch, sbb.ch or the öv-Plus App. The regular Moonliner fare applies.

Buy your Moonliner ticket in advance at the ticket machine or via the Moonliner ticket app and help to shorten the waiting times in front of the bus.

Tickets can be purchased online via the ticket shop. A limited number of Early Bird tickets are available at a lower price (while stocks last). After that, regular advance tickets and the day price (box office; on the day of the event itself) follow.

A maximum of 15 tickets can be purchased per person per event. A maximum of eight tickets can be purchased for the Super Super Lotto. The tickets are not personalized.

The purchase of Halle 3Punkt0 tickets for the purpose of resale (trade) is generally prohibited.

This list is not exhaustive. Our security staff is instructed to carry out checks. Please have an official ID and ticket ready.

Clothing and bags can be deposited in a locker for a fee. There is no staffed checkroom available. You can book your locker in advance online here. Digital lockers have a fixed daily price. They can be opened and closed as often as you like.

The lost and found office is located at the cash desk by the entrance. Have you lost something? Report it directly at the cash desk or by e-mail to info@halle3punkt0.ch. Unclaimed items will be kept for one month.

The BERNEXPO site and the halls are wheelchair accessible. All buildings are accessible via ramps and have passenger lifts. Parking spaces for people with disabilities are available on Papiermühlestrasse (5 spaces) and in the expo parking lot (9 spaces).

Halle 3Punkt0 is cashfree. On site you can pay with debit, credit, postcard or Twint.

If you get hungry while dancing the night away, the Sportgastro will provide you with snacks such as chips, burgers, hot dogs, chicken fingers and sandwiches. There is also a planted pulled burger for vegetarians.

There is a smoking zone in the outdoor area of Halle 3Punkt0. Smoking inside the hall is prohibited.

The entrance to the hall 3Punkt0 is from 18 years. A valid official ID must be shown at the entrance control.

• We all want to have a pleasant, peaceful and enjoyable time here together with lots of musical highlights – we will behave accordingly!
• In Halle 3Punkt0, the admission and conduct rules and general terms and conditions of ec&p GmbH and BERNEXPO AG apply.
• No one will be discriminated against on the basis of origin, skin color, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental impairment or religion.
• Neither violence nor vandalism will be tolerated.
• All employees, visitors and musicians are treated equally – respectfully, decently and benevolently. Personal boundaries are respected at all times. Only YES means YES!
• Photography and video recordings with cell phones without flash are generally permitted. Provided that common sense is used, no unnecessary, compromising pictures are taken and, ideally, the consent of the person in focus is obtained.
• In the event of physical or verbal incidents, discomfort and inappropriate interactions, please contact the staff (bar, entrance and Infopoint).
• It is forbidden to prepare, consume or sell drugs in the 3Punkt0 hall. Only one person at a time is permitted to use the toilets.

• Visitors who violate these house rules, including those who are heavily intoxicated and therefore attract negative attention and behave rudely, may be denied access to Hall 3Punkt0 at any time. In the event of exclusion, there is no entitlement to a refund of the admission price.
• In serious cases, a temporary or indefinite ban may be imposed in accordance with Art. 186 of the Swiss Criminal Code (StGB).
• We reserve the right to file a police report in the event of criminal offenses. A flat-rate compensation of 100.- will be charged for any inconvenience and costs incurred.

Beware of GHB and GBL!

Despite warnings and bans, dangerous incidents involving GHB continue to occur in Switzerland. The desired state of intoxication caused by these substances can have serious health consequences, including death.

IMPORTANT

• Generally refuse drinks from unknown people and do not leave your drink unattended.
• If a drink tastes strange, it is advisable to return it to the bar instead of drinking it.
• If you feel uncomfortable, seek out staff immediately!

Need help? There is always a care team on site during all parties and events. The team consists of experienced professionals and is there for you if you have any problems. You can recognize the team by their green vests on the dance floor and can contact them at any time during the evening via WhatsApp/telephone (save the number now: +41 77 258 95 95) or via the first aid point (at the entrance).

The events in Hall 3Punkt0 take place with a maximum sound level of 100 dB(A) in accordance with legal requirements. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that your hearing can be damaged by the sound level. Hearing protectors are available at all bars.

Photo and film teams will be out and about at the event on behalf of Halle 3Punkt0. We would like to draw our visitors’ attention to the fact that the photos and films may be published on the Halle 3Punkt0 website and social media channels.

The organizer assumes no liability, including for negligence, for property damage, personal injury and other financial losses in connection with the organization and implementation of the event.
